My Story
I have loved construction since a young age. I was fascinated by a window expansion project through brickwork and the construction of a new deck at my parent's house when I was just 10 years old. It was love at first sight. I wanted a treehouse afterwards and I helped to build one as a 10 year old kid, including the installation of hinges and applying caulking. I did Cub Scouts at the same time as well. Clearly I am not afraid to get dirty!
I studied Creative Arts and Fine Arts in CEGEP and University before starting trade school. I have two DEPs - in Cabinetmaking & Furniture Finishing from Rosemount Technology Centre. I have been in the trades for over 15 years including a long run in the aerospace industry as a Cabinetmaker. I have done technical sales and customer service for industrial valves and pipe fittings, safety equipment and tools, home renovations for over 11 years, public speaking and teaching in many CEGEPS. I volunteer for an environmental non-profit organization. I love helping people. I am passionate about the work I do and you can count on me for getting the support you deserve!
